James and Sandra did a wonderful job cleaning out my dryer vent duct. I thought I needed to buy a new dryer but they found I had two bird nests clogging the vent. This was not an easy job due to how high my vent was on the house. But, it was no problem for them! We definitely will use them again! I was incredibly impressed with James and Sandra. They are an excellent team and were patient and clear about the process. I felt extremely comfortable with them and they are very personable and friendly. The work was very well done.We had originally planned on having them simply clear out our dryer vent as our dryer was struggling to dry clothes after a single cycle.
